What is your cancellation policy?Our membership plans have a 30-day cancellation policy.

How often should I attend classes?It depends on your fitness goals! Initially we would recommend a minimum of 2 times per week for beginners. 3-5 times per week for optimal results.

How long are the classes?All group training sessions run for 45 minutes. 1-on-1 personal training sessions run for 1 hour.

What should I wear?Wear comfortable workout attire and appropriate training shoes. No jeans. No shoes. No formal attire.

Can beginners join Lab51 classes?Yes! Our classes cater to all fitness levels, and our trainers provide modifications to suit individual needs.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?Lab51 provides all necessary equipment for classes. However, we recommend bringing a water bottle, towel, and gloves (for boxing sessions). For any specific requirements, feel free to contact us at admin@lab51fitness.com.
